The PhishFort Blocklist: Phishing Domains Confirmed by Analysts

Blocklisting is the process of identifying and preventing access to malicious online entities, such as domains, social media accounts, or IP addresses. A blocklist is a meticulously maintained database of these identified threats utilized by security providers, web browsers, antivirus solutions, and internet service providers to automatically alert and protect users before harmful activity can cause damage.

When our operations team is handling a takedown request, the submission to our partners’ blocklists is triggered automatically for specific incidents: Phishing cases, proven Scam cases, and Malware cases. Every time we begin a takedown process for these three attack types, the system automatically updates the incident’s status to be submitted to all integrated blocklists.

Our blocklist is consumed by over 25 global providers, including major web browsers (Google, Brave, Edge), crypto wallets (MetaMask and others), premium malware analysis platforms, domain registries, DNS providers, URL reputation APIs, and cloud service providers.

We manage a private blocklist accessible exclusively through our Partner Sharing API. This API is managed by our Threat Resolution Team and automatically pushes the latest verified incidents from our database every hour, covering data from the past 1, 3, and 12 months.
